The abusing reason is dangers of immature drivers, teenage drivers are more luckily to text date driving.So if they wait a little longer to start driving then they will be more mature and migh t not text while driving. If teenagers have friends in the car they might be more deflect at wheel. This might cause car accidents to teenage drivers. To conclude my motif 16 year old are mature enough to drive a car.
